Refund policy

We want you to love your MANTRA piece.

Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we have a limited inventory. For this reason, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.

• The item must be in its original condition.

• The item must include all original packaging and tags.

• The item must not have stains, odors, damage, or signs of use.

To request a return, please contact us at mantrabyanasofia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

MANTRA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

SALE ITEMS:

All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mantrabyanasofia@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
